Onboarding
No matter if you’re launching your first product or doing a brand campaign, we gotta make sure we’re all set to make things run as smoothly as possible. We love using Slack, Google Drive, and WaveApps – it keeps all our stuff in one place and makes our partnership super organized and efficient. We’ll get all your media goodies onto Google Drive, set up the boring billing stuff, and hook you up with your very own Slack channel. And with that, it’s time to have some fun!

Discovery
We want to know everything about your brand, and your consumers. Are you fun and relaxed? Are you more professional? In this stage, we’re doing everything we can to learn about you and your people so we create creative ads that everyone will love (especially your customers). We’ll schedule a call to dive deep into your brand/product!

Ideas
We LOVE this part. Here, we get to put our minds to work and create the ideas that will soon take your brand to the top. This will typically happen 3-5 days after onboarding, so we keep a steady pace!

Adapt
Here’s where you come in… We want everyone to love what we create as much as we do. But, we understand that sometimes things don’t line up. This phase is our opportunity to go over what you love, what needs work, and how we can adapt in the future! You will have your own dedicated Slack channel so you can chat with us anytime. As long as we stay within the initial scope, everything is adaptable.

Filming Your Content
Now that everything is approved, we go to work! Within 4 weeks of approval, we’ll be creating your content! We go an extra mile to bring together decorations, props, people, and kick-ass creators. All we need from you is your product, and it’s hands-off for you from there!

Cut!
That’s a wrap! Once we film all your epic content, we’re off to make sure it looks juicy AF. Depending on the volume of content produced, this process can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. We go through a rigorous quality control process before sending you first-passes. All content will be organized in our dedicated Google Drive, so you can review/find it anytime.
